Covid-19 Public Notice


Lafayette Pain Care wants you to know what we are doing as precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and physicians.

  • All staff will be wearing face masks.
  • We are asking that our patients bring and wear their own masks. We however will not allow you to wear latex gloves into the office since that will increase chance of contamination from other places that have been visited.
  • We will be practicing social distancing.
  • We will ask you to come into the office, wash your hands/use hand sanitizer, do a temp check and check in. Your loved ones however must remain in the car during your visit.
  • We are also not allowing anyone 18 years or younger into our office at this time.
  • We are disinfecting all high touch surfaces between each patient visit. Our operating rooms will be disinfected between each case and terminally cleaned at the end of the day.
  • Lafayette Pain Care will be taking all the precautions that meets and exceeds CMS, CDC, WHO and the Indiana Department of Health standards.
  • If you have any of the symptoms listed below, have been exposed to Covid-19, OR been out of the country in the last 14 days, you will need to contact the office to reschedule your appointment until the designated quarantine period determined by the CDC has ended.

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
